  • Our approach to consulting is based on a number of principles which give you a reliable frame of reference and the assurance that we spare no effort in promoting your interests.
  • In our work, we play a proactive role in resolving the issues we have been commissioned to tackle. We do not primarily see ourselves as a moderator whose job is to collate the ideas and viewpoints already present within your organisation as part of a communicative process. On the contrary, we conduct our own analyses, study your market, your competitors and other companies, and discuss our findings with you. As a next step, we formulate clearly structured recommenda-tions which can be readily implemented.
  • As we see it, the process of implementation already begins during the concept development phase through regular communication with key members of staff in your company. This way, they gradually be-come accustomed to seeing things from a different perspective. Once our explorations have been completed, we will also continue to sup-port you in putting our recommendations into practice. But we have no interest in clinging to assignments by way of protracted execution phases. As our client, you decide how to proceed and who does what. The most important element in successful implementation is always the personal, visible support by top management.
  • We take a big-picture approach by not losing sight of the interests and economic necessities of your company as a whole. Even when addressing only parts of your business, we never deliver solutions which have been optimised for those areas but don’t fit in with the culture, organisation and cost structure of the whole.

Price management: We have developed tools specifically to support B2B businesses in managing price and product range policies, often resulting in a substantial increase in profit.

Organisation: We are with you every step of the way throughout or-ganisational changes, addressing issues such as:

  • Centralisation and decentralisation
  • Profit centre structure; internal cost allocation and billing
  • Financial control indicators and risk management
  • Optimisation and control of key business processes (e.g. in logistics and R&D).


In this context, we will also gladly assist you with the choice of suitable IT tools. However, we are not a software firm that develops, adapts or implements IT solutions with accompanying training courses.
